El Chapo was the name given to a notorious Mexican drug trafficker, meaning 'Shorty' to pay homage to the best extraction for this blend, by extracting at a 1:2 ratio (Ristretto)  we pull the signature notes of the Guatemalan bean, a beautiful, juicy Red Cherry note. Bolstered by the Chocolate Eclair notes both of the Guatemalan and Brazilian bean. Producing a well balance, rounded espresso with a sweet cherry acidy.

Our Unique flavour profile of Chocolate Éclair, juicy Red Cherry & Nougat is achieved through our seasonal rotation of the freshest crop of coffees. Each Origin selected for this blend has been meticulously cupped, roasted and tested by us several times over, before it makes it's way over to you.
