This document sounds rather formal but we have created it, so that we ensure your shopping experience is as straight forward as possible.

This document (together with the documents referred to in it) sets out the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products listed on our website www.libertycoffeeco.co.uk (our site) to you.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

OUR PROMISE

Liberty Coffee Co are committed to providing an excellent service. If you have purchased any of our products, or indeed received a gift with which you are not entirely happy, please contact us with your comments; we need to know where we can improve our service and products, and will do all we can to put it right for you.
We roast on Monday - Friday weekly.

We will endeavour to respond to all queries within 7 working days.

YOUR STATUS

By placing an order through our site, you agree that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;

  • You are at least 18 years old;

  • You are resident in the United Kingdom; and

  • You are accessing our site from that country.

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible after the receipt of your payment, this will normally be within 48 hours.

All of our coffee and tea are sent 1st Class Royal Mail & 2nd Class Royal Mail, however larger items and Speciality Coffees will vary and most often be couriered.

We make every effort and work hard to meet your expectations both in terms of the quality of our products and our service, and this includes getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

With everything we do being done by hand from the roasting, grinding, weighing and bagging etc, there are occasionally delays, but this usually only happens at busy periods i.e. Christmas. So to ensure that you receive your order, especially if it's for a special occasion please give yourself an extra day or so.

We reserve the right to select a different method of carriage at our discretion.

POSTAGE

We are straight talking here at Liberty Coffee Co.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to the Royal Mail or Courier services.

When placing your order please ensure that all details are correct. A confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address provided requesting that you double check the details, this will avoid any delays in fulfilling your order.

We cannot be held responsible for errors made on your part re the delivery address. We reserve the right to withhold any form of refund if orders have been lost due to errors made by the customer, so insure the details you provide are correct.

For delivery to other countries, please contact us for a postage quotation before placing your order.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELLER

If you have any special delivery instructions i.e. for either Royal Mail or Courier to leave your package with say a neighbour or in a particular place if you're not around to receive your delivery, then leave your comments in the box provided at the checkout.

Sometimes this may not be possible to be left in the safe place, but please note:

Any orders left as requested by yourself in a "safe location" is at your own risk & Liberty Coffee Co will no be held liable to compensate for orders that are damaged, stolen or "lost".

PRICING

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to incorrect pricing being entered on this website as the result of a glitch / error.

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.

We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you

We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a mis-pricing.

 OUR REFUNDS POLICY

If you claim that a product is defective, you have 7 days to return it to us. The Item must be returned in its original packaging, we will then examine the returned product. If we deem your reason for return justified, you will refunded in full.  We will notify you via email within a reasonable of time.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

INCORRECTLY ORDERED GOODS

If you double check your email confirmation and realize you have ordered incorrectly, you should email us to cancel your order as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been shipped we can simply cancel the order. and refund in full.

However, if the goods have been dispatched, unfortunately we cannot except a return due to our coffee being freshly roasted to order.

Liberty Coffee Co believes that all goods supplied are of the utmost highest quality and attempt to provide an excellent service at all times.

We will acknowledge receipt of all complaints by return and endeavour to fully answer all queries within 7 working days. If your query cannot be answered fully in this time, we will contact you to advise a likely timescale for resolution.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this document.
